Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its detrimental impact on the casino and hospitality industry, the Board of Directors (BOD) of Percepta International has announced that the company will cut 15% of its workforce. The company has 20,000 employees in 2019 and this job cut will translate to about 3,000 jobs losses. Your job is to implement this decision in the next 3 months.
