Question: The purpose of this experiment was to determine if allele / allozyme frequencies for the above-mentioned enzyme differ significantly from those predicted by the . We were investigating genetic variation / Mendelian genetics in a population of fruit flies. Significance was determined using the Student's t-test / Chi-Square test.
