Case: For this assignment, you will use your team's research question from Team Assignment 1 to assist you with individually creating a survey questionnaire. Although you will develop this assignment on your own, you will collaborate next week to combine the individual surveys into one comprehensive survey.
Research Question: How can local companies employ strategic measures to survive international competition?
In an MS Word document, include the following items.
• Introduction - Use your team's research question to guide the survey. Provide an introduction to describe your team's research topic along with context learned in your literature search.
• Create a Survey Questionnaire:
o Based on your refined research question and using the readings to guide you, develop a set of questions that will help you collect the information you will need to answer your research question.
o The survey should be composed of a variety of question types, including but not limited to, Multiple-Choice, Single - Response Scale, Multiple-Choice, Multiple-Response Scale, Likert Scale Summated Rating, and Numerical Scale.
o Use the Westcliff University Survey Question Guidelines below to create your survey questions.
o Under each question, include a one sentence statement USING ITALICS which explains why you recommend each question be added to this survey.

After stating the purpose, make the statement "By completing this survey I am giving permission for my data to be used for educational purposes only. I also understand that I may quit the survey at any time if I feel uncomfortable in any way."
• Survey data should be anonymous - in other words do not collect any information that would connect the participant to the survey. Do not ask for names, addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• No questions should be asked that will make the respondent feel stigmatized or cause them emotional distress.
• No questions should be asked that will cause respondents embarrassment or mental distress.
o Respondents SHOULD NOT have to admit to any illegal or stigmaitizing behavior.
