Question

Mike, a building contractor, has been purchasing plumbing supplies from George for several years. It is Mike's practice to use 2.5 inch pipe and this is what George has always supplied. When Mike orders 500 feet of "standard" pipe, George delivers 2 inch pipe which is the industry standard, but not what Mike uses. Does Mike have a breach of contract claim against George? Why or why not?
