Purchase and Sale of Goods The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Company shall have the right to purchase from Contract Partner, and Contract Partner shall have the obligation to sell to Company, the goods listed on Exhibit [designation of exhibit] attached hereto (the "Goods"). The Goods shall be manufactured by Contract Partner pursuant to those specifications which are attached hereto as Exhibit [designation of exhibit], which specifications shall not be amended during the term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of Company.
