An example of a public-private partnership is Joint Cyber Defense Collaboration(JCDC). Some of the goals that the partnership has includes a well put together plan and ally with the people who work in the cyber security field, various resources that can help promote solutions within cybersecurity, and responding in a timely fashion to threats (Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative | CISA, n.d.). The industries it supports are Cyber Security and Infrastructure companies. Yes, I believe that the partnership meets its mission because they seem to me like they have a strategic plan set up to meet the goals that they set out for the collaboration based off the information that has been provided to me. Also, with their collaboration one of the main things that they mention is how one person cannot protect cyber threats by themselves which is absolutely accurate because one person will not be able to successfully complete the job of securing threats (Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative | CISA, n.d.). It will take a team to thrive and a consistent plan of action to combat cyber threats in order to effectively assess the challenges and what needs to be done moving forward collaboratively. One thing that this public-partnership.
