WIC's success is heavily dependent on its partnerships with other public health and social service programs. A homeless couple with a history of alcohol abuse is unable to provide a stable home environment for their three girls. Girls are ages 7, 9 and 11. All three girls have learning disabilities and look underweight. Girls eat most of their meals at school only (when they make it to school). Mom and Dad both look underweight as well and skip eating some days because they have no food.
