Our emotional reaction to different colors affects advertising, product design, and even architecture. Three subway-tunnel walkways of identical length were painted different colors. A random sample of adults was selected in each tunnel and secretly timed (in seconds) as they walked through the tunnel. The data are given in the following table.

Use the Kruskal-Wallis test with a = 0.01 to determine whether there is any evidence that the tunnel-walking-time populations are different. Assume the underlying populations are continuous.
