A learning curve is the graph of a function P(t), the percentage of a skill that someone has acquired as a function of the training time t. Supposed that P improves at a rate proportional to the percentage of the skill yet to be mastered. Assuming that everyone starts off ignorant, find a formula for P(t). What is lim P(t) when t is approaching positive infinity?
