He also has diabetes and poor hearing. During the last assessment, it became clear that while Henry is wearing hearing aids, it can be a challenge to get him to wear them. He has become confused since his stay at the nursing facility and currently, his decision-making skills are impaired. He needs assistance with dressing, bathing and transfers. Henry says that he has no energy, feels down a lot, and does not even care about his previous hobbies of gardening and painting. Henry attends the local church but has not been able to attend any services since his fall.
