1.      Norton is a well known company that provides virus protection and Internet Security. Review the information about Norton 360 product on the company's web site to answer the following questions: 

1.1.    Review the benefits under the key features and select 3 of most important features in your opinion.  What those features are and what they do. How do they work?

1.2.   McAfee provide similar products. What is their product name that is equivalent to Norton Internet Security 2012? How much does it cost?

1.3.   Do you think those software application worth the price that people investing in?. Why or Why not? 

2.      There are many commercial ERP systems mentioned in the book such as SAP, PeopleSoft, I2 and others. Select one of those systems and research the web site for that system to address the following:

2.2.   What type of enterprise application it is (i.e CRM, KMS or SCM)?.
