Question

MY quality improvement project to implement an evidenced-based AACE/ACE Obesity Clinical Practice Guideline screening protocol for patients who present with weight gain and are measured as obese per BMI and diagnosed with obesity. Referrals to bariatric and endocrine specialists for treating obesity may change depending on how often the AACE and ACE Guidelines are used. I need to remind the reader why this project is important and to interpret and present the finding from your project and relate this back to the purpose of your project.
