The composition of the team is justified. The different team members have represented all the major departments at the hospital. All their grievances can be represented and an amicable solution that suits all their needs will be reached. The size of the team is. however, small compared to the size of the hospital and the patients who depend on it for services.

They should include more member of the team to adequately cover the issue as well as hear the different opinions from the people dependent on the process. The time allocated for the discussions and meetings is also limited. To adequately cover the issue, which seems to affect everyone at the hospital, it is important that the team allocate more time for its meetings and ensure full attendance and participation by every member of the team.

The addition of a physician to the team is relevant based on the problem at hand. As much as the patients admitted do not need emergency services, the physicians provide most of the services they need. This implies that the process also affects the physicians since they have to attend to all the patients in need of medical attention.

I. therefore. agree with this decision. The composition of the team has, however. failed to include patients who are the reason for their presence at the hospital. The patients should be represented in the team because they are the ones who need the services offered by the staff and hence are affected by the whole process. The fact that they have to wait due to the inconveniences and the issues already raised in previous cases. their presence in the team is of utmost significance.
