Assignment Brief: As part of your lifelong learning journey and continuous professional development, you need to create a development portfolio which shows your ‘own' learning progress andacquisition of key skills. The portfolio should include evidence for the planning and monitoring ofprogress towards the achievement of personal and professional objectives.
Learners are to produce a portfolio containing the following documents:
• An analysis of skills and attributes required by HR professionals, based on a range of differentroles within an organisation.
• A personal SWOT analysis of your professional skills and attributes.
• A detailed professional development plan based on the SWOT analysis for one of the jobroles that sets out achievable learning goals and training that would be required.
• An analysis of continuing professional development (CPD) and the requirements forindividual and organizational learning, training and professional development.
Assignment Brief 2:

You have been recruited as an external learning and development consultant by a large Multinational Corporation (an organisation of your choice or your own place of work if appropriate).The Vice President of Human Resources of this organisation requires you to produce anindividual report which investigates to what extent the organisation effectively utilises learning anddevelopment to support individuals and teams to help it to operate high-performance working(HPW) in a high-performance culture.
You are required to demonstrate the use of critical thinking to support a conclusion that justifies your arguments. The report should cover the following:
