Problem

I. For the article you found about Collective Teacher Efficacy, do the following:

1. Provide the title of the article and the source where you found it.

2. Provide a link to the article or provide an attachment for it.

3. Briefly summarize the article.

4. Ask two thought-provoking questions about the article, designed to pique other students' interest in reading the article you found.

5. When responding to two other students' work this week, please have one of your responses be to the two questions asked here by one other student.

II. Using at least three sources (the two I provided above - your text and the article - and the article you found), do the following:

1. Provide a compelling argument for school leaders to develop an understanding of Collective Teacher Efficacy.

2. Note that your audience is a group of teachers working to attain a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.

3. Note that they should walk away, after reading your argument, knowing what the concept means, understanding its significance in education, and focused on the leadership behaviors they need to demonstrate in order to make their learning work for them in their school building.
