I would like you to give a complete, integrated project proposal your technology area. This can be a real project you've worked on at your company or an existing product that you're interested in. I'd like you to document the Project Management Plan for the project.
This needs to be a different project than you used for your earlier Assignments in the topic.
• Give an introduction for your project, the purpose for the project, and the mission statement.
• Provide the project plan.
• Provide the project finance plan and cost analysis. The focus here in on the project finance plan.
• Give a risk assessment and plan.
• Identify supply chain options and concerns.
• Propose a quality control plan.
• Include any other appropriate topics for discussion based on the lectures of the topic.
The focus here should be on the management of a known product.
Option 2 - Pitch Proposal
I would like you to invent a new engineered product that you are seeking investment funding to bring to market.
This needs to be a different project than you used for your earlier Assignments in the topic.
• Give an introduction and description for your product.
• Benchmark the intellectual product and the competing market to demonstrate the competitive advantage of the product.
• Provide an IP landscape analysis and the potential to protect the invention.
• Provide the project plan.
• Provide the project finance plan and cost analysis. The focus here is on the product cost analysis.
• Identify supply chain options and concerns.
• Identify applicable standards to the product and the plan for addressing them.
• Include any other appropriate topics for discussion based on the lectures of the topic.
The focus here should be advocating for your product idea by presenting a solid plan to bring it to market.
