The joint (common) costs incurred are $ 250,000 for a standard production run that generates 15,000 pounds of Sigma and 30,000 pounds of Theta. Sigma sells for $15.00/pound and Theta sells for $20.00/pound. Additional processing costs after the split-off point are Sigma = $12,000 and theta = $30,000.
