Are ergonomic hazards proactively addressed for office workers? How are employee concerns about health and safety matters addressed?
After learning about your organization's health and safety environment via exploring the above tasks/questions, describe your organization's general approach to managing workplace health and safety. Note what jurisdiction OSHA and/or your state's department of labor have in your workplace? Summarize incident rates and the types of injuries that have occurred in the past year.
