Problem: The client is an 85-year-old retired mechanic who can no longer walk around his house without extreme breathlessness. The client is treated at the outpatient medical clinical today for increasing shortness of breath, even at rest. The client also states that he has chest pain with breathing. His medical diagnosis is lobar pneumonia. Provide a pain assessment for this client using the "OPQRSTUV" mnemonic.
