Question - On January 1, 2023, Owly Co. entered into a contract with Bawl Co. for the sale of two inverter air conditioners for P 175,000 each. The contract requires one inverter to be delivered on February 13, 2023 and states that the payment for the delivery of the first inverter is conditional on the delivery of the second inverter. The second inverter is delivered on July 31, 2023 and the payment for the two inverters was received on September 25, 2023.
