The topic about caffeine and how it impacts our body. how caffeine works in our body system since we consume it everyday. if drinking coffee, soft drinks, chocolate, caffeine pills and tea have a negative or positive impact to our systems. For instance, coffee extract pills help to lose body weight. if a cup of coffee improves heart health or not. if caffeine is addictive as drugs or is it our minds that convince us that caffeine is the only way to stay awake.
