Scenario:
In this hypothetical scenario, a private business organisation is planning to promote the development of a new primary school in one of the emirates of the UAE. The project is to develop a new primary school that blends the setup of traditional Emirati building style with high-tech virtual reality technology to provide young children with attractive learning environment.

Your Task
Your group works for a consultant that has been appointed by the private business (see above) to oversee the design and management of the project. Your group is required to

1. Provide the justification of why this Emirate should support this project as a priority. Here, you need to find evidence from that Emirate's strategy and priorities to argue the importance of selecting this project.

2. Identify the stakeholders for this project. You should present an argument to justify the inclusion of every stakeholder.

3. Provide and analyse the stakeholder network that you identified in (2) above using the Stakeholder Mapping matrixes (Power, Interest, Predictability) and provide justification for your decisions here.

4. Explain the role of the project manager in managing the different stakeholders to ensure the success of the project over the different phases of the project. You need to develop a communication plan for the project.

5. Develop a set of power point slides that your group would use to present your analysis and response to the 4 points listed above to senior management in your consultancy.

Submission:
1. Develop a power point presentation, with voice, that your group would use to present your analysis and response to the points listed above to senior management in your consultancy.

2. The presentation should not be more than 20 minute long.

3. In addition, you need to submit a group summary report, using Word, of no more than 1000 words, addressing the 4 points above. Use Harvard refencing style.
