A literature review is a written approach that examines published information on a topic or field. Literature reviews include surveys books, scholarly articles, and any other sources relevant to an issue, an area of research, or theory, and by so doing, provides a description, summary, and critical evaluation of these works about the research problem.focus of a literature review is to discuss how existing published research goes in answering your research questions.The literature review components consist of an introduction, main body, and conclusion.

Assess the study's viability within a literature review

The study's viability within a literature review provides an understanding of the subject and its significance to the research. The study viability involves dealing with strategies that gives the researcher insight needed to place a topic within a logical frame. Previous studies can provide the justification for a research hypothesis and show what can help justify the significance of the study.

Critical Review

Saunders, Lewis, and Thornhill (2015) states that the items you read and write about will enhance your subject knowledge and help you to clarify your research questions further. A critical review is the summarization and evaluation of the ideas and information in an article. It expresses the researcher's point of view of knowledge of an existing subject and what is acquired from related texts. Reviewing critically means taking into consideration both the strengths and weaknesses in the material under review. In considering the content of your critical review, include the following:

• to include the key academic theories within your chosen area of research;

• to demonstrate that your knowledge of your chosen area is up to date;

• through clear referencing, enable those reading your project report to find the original

• publications which you cite (Saunders et al., 2015).
