I have been doing crossfit for the last three years, and I can say without a doubt I am not the same person that I was when I started. This article points out 6 ways that crossfit changes someone, and I could not agree more. According to the article "Argument is everywhere," it say the goal of an argument is to change someone's mind about a controversial issue. Many people have preconceived opinions about what crossfit is or what type of people go to crossfit. This article points out some great ways that crossfit changes a person. It says that it gives the person better self esteem or gives them self confidence. They may start to like the way they look. It makes them healthier or possibly lose weight. They will surprise themselves and find their inner strength. While I will never be what some consider athletic, I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been in my life. I no longer obsess about the number I see on the scale, when there was a time I panicked over gaining a pound. Yes, I am one of those annoying crossfit people.

According to Nancy Wood, the ultimate goal of an argument is to change the audience's view of a claim using reason and evidence. This Mazda commercial is a great example of an argument as it makes its claim that their cars aren't like all the other cars, then goes on to show how they are different. Unlike the other cars, this new Mazda CX-9 is a car that's crafted, in which each car is made with special attention because "driving matters". The commercial starts with scenes of different parts of a car being made, hand-crafted, implying that there is a personal touch with every part of the car. The voiceover talks about how it is designed with attention and care, which makes the audience feel like this car was made personally for them. The soothing background music gives it an overall elegant feeling, like this is a car they can make memories in.

The scenes and the music all tell the story that Mazda, unlike the other factory-produced cars, is a product that is personalized for every owner.

Plagiarism is simply not doing your own work. You need to be the one to decide how information is put into your paper to make it your own. If you use someone else's work and do not give them credit for it, that is plagiarism. It is acceptable to Quote a person in your paper but, you need to acknowledge that person.
