Provide an economic analysis on one of the economic statistics below (for example Initial Claims for Retail Sales) what the number is/means, its economic significance, how it has changed (or trended) over the last year or so, and if it is leading/coincident/lagging indicator, if it is part of the composite index (we covered in earlier units), etc. Be sure to cite the numbers in the release and make your paper easy to read and formatted by using a summary table or graph. Please indicate the date (below) of your indicator release.

Lastly, extrapolate out six months to a year (forward) with your prediction (quantified in numbers except where the release is not in the form of numbers, in which case just a commentary will suffice) of the data and its implications.
