Map 1: Service Blueprint

The first map is a Service Blueprint. The purpose of this map is to provide a visual representation of the various interactions between customers and the service provider throughout the service process. The Service Blueprint also shows the underlying systems and processes that enable the service to be delivered.

The Service Blueprint has three layers: the customer layer, the service delivery layer, and the support layer. The customer layer represents the touchpoints between the customer and the service provider. The service delivery layer represents the internal processes and systems that enable the service to be delivered. The support layer represents the infrastructure and resources that support the service delivery process.

Map 2: Journey Map

The second map is a Journey Map. The purpose of this map is to provide a visual representation of the customer's journey from the initial contact with the service provider to the completion of the service. The Journey Map also shows the emotional state of the customer at each stage of the journey.

Map 3: UX Roadmap

The third map is a UX Roadmap. The purpose of this map is to provide a visual representation of the various stages of the UX design process. The UX Roadmap also shows the tools and techniques that are used at each stage of the process.
