Whereas CSR involves the implementation of ethical behaviours and attitudes within an organisation and provides values and cultural perspectives as a means of promoting responsible behaviour towards employees... So wouldn't it be sufficient to provide a values perspective within the organisation that is simply fair and just? Why does CSR also involve training and development activities?
