Question: 24 y/o male with no significant medical history presented to the office to review result from recent blood work. Today, patient complaint of fatigue, breathlessness, and headache. Patient reported lacking energy throughout the day. He had noticed swelling in his legs, particularly in the ankles and feet. Reported swelling worsens as the day progresses and improves slightly after elevating his legs overnight. reported decreased urine output' was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. Egfr was 35, creation 2.5, blood pressure 180/75. Provide a summary of the pertinent findings to support the diagnosis
