Description - Provide a summary of the ethical issue in sport that you will write about for your final research project. Explain why the issue is relevant, support your claim with resources, and briefly discuss practical solutions to the issue currently being implemented or suggestions you will propose for sport managers to implement.

The purpose of this assignment is to ensure quality and a variety of topics to be covered. If your topic seems to lack potential for developing a research paper or if too many students have a similar topic, you may be asked to revise your topic. Preference will be given to students who submit their topic first and provide a thorough summary of the ethical issue in sport. A brief overview of the assignment is as follows: Contemporary Ethical Issue Research Project

Students will be required to submit a research paper, as well as make a virtual presentation, on a contemporary ethical issue in the sport industry. This project is designed to enhance your critical thinking skills to assist in the development of practical solutions to issues currently faced in the industry. Background research and understanding of sport management principles will be necessary to thoroughly analyze the given topic.
