Case Study: In his book The Art of Leadership, Manning and Curtis (2022) stated, "leadership will take place to the extent the leader cares about the work to be done. Equally the leader must care about people" (p. xi). This assignment is to help students better "understand" leadership through personal reflection through the correlation between what they learned, examples of leaders in different industries, and their real life experience. Students were provided the opportunity to think like a leader and practice their leadership skills through experiential learning

An "AHA! Moment" is defined as a moment of realization and clarity about a particular problem or concept (in this instance leadership) where you are able to connect-the-dots and see things from a different, more meaningful perspective (Safire, 2009; Winfrey, 2006; Moore & Lewis, 2012).
