- Role of staff, consumers and management in the implementation of the Standard
- Strategies to implement systems that support partnering of health care workers with patients, carers and other consumers to improve the safety and quality of care
- Ethical implications associated with implementation of the Standard
- Strategies for measuring success in implementing the Standard (for example, benchmarking, patient satisfaction surveys)
