a) Design an operational amplifier cicuit that has the following specifications:

Gain=-3; Input impedence>20 kohm

You have unlimited number of resistors of values 1,2,5, and 10 kohms and LM741 op amps. Input impedance of LM741 op amp is 3Mohm.

b) If the cost of a resistor is 3 cents and LM741 is 50 cents, provide a circuit design with a minimum cost.
