However, after a few months, it doesn't seem as though Melissa is motivated at work. Pauline is worried about this, because it is negatively impacting the quality of the product and upsetting customers. Provide two ways that Pauline can motivate Melissa. In doing so, pull on at least two of the concepts we have reviewed this week: goal setting theory, expectancy theory, equity theory, and motivating salespeople.
