The following two tasks require acquiring a new staff member and a new physical resource using organisational policies and procedures. Currently there is no provision in either of the following policies/procedures in regard to intellectual property rights and responsibilities. Document how you could update each of the following policies/procedures to secure the intellectual property rights and responsibilities of the organisation during these processes:

  • Staff Management Policy & Procedures
  • Procurement Policy & Procedures
  1. Human resource acquisition.
