Another area of conflict is between the need for free speech and the need to protect people from online harassment. We have seen a number of high-profile cases of people being harassed online, and there is a debate over whether or not the current law does enough to protect victims. There are also concerns that the current law could be used to stifle legitimate free speech. Finally, there is a conflict between the need to protect intellectual property and the need to promote innovation. We are seeing a trend of companies using patents and other intellectual property law to stifle competition. At the same time, there is a need to protect intellectual property in order to encourage innovation. This conflict is likely to become more pronounced as we move towards a more digital economy. These are just a few of the conflicts that I have identified within cyberlaw. I believe that the current law is not adequately addressing these conflicts. I suggest that society needs to do a better job of balancing the need for privacy with the need for security, the need for free speech with the need to protect people from online harassment, and the need to protect.
