What does it mean to be open minded? Does it mean to accept any idea at any time? Is it possible to engage an idea and work out the pros and cons without accepting the idea? Are scientist being arrogant when they insist empirical evidence supports evolution and there has not been any empirical evidence that does not support it? Are scientist being closed minded if they do not accept others opinions if the opinion does not coincide with the data?
