Write a paper that compares and contrasts the pros and cons of union organization and how the decision to unionize impacts bargaining and negotiating as compared to individual efforts. In this paper you should provide examples of real-world situations that reflect these pros and cons in order to provide a balanced assessment. In addition, use research to show the benefits and challenges to working in a human resources department within a unionized environment as well as outside of a unionized environment. Support your paper with a minimum of five (5) external resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
