Mickey Mouse is sole proprietor of a business known as "Mousetraps".  Mickey wants to solicit new capital from his uncle, Donald Duck, and his aunt, Daisy Duck, to expand his business and open two more stores.  As Mickey's advisor, write a one- to two-page (250- to 500-word) letter to Mickey describing the advantages of using a limited liability company for the receipt of the capital from Donald and Daisy, and for the continued operation of the business, rather than some other forms of business.
