The University of Technology, Jamaica is currently planning to undergo a transformational change for the academic year 2024/2025 regarding their infrastructure, products and services, staffing and customer experience. To facilitate this process, management has hired a team of marketing consultants to construct a strategic marketing plan to help direct the changes they want to implement. Students are required to assume the role of the marketing consultants and do a detailed strategic marketing plan that would assist the University of Technology, Jamaica in their endeavors to bring about transformational change in their organization.
