Over the last few years, employers have identified having inter-personal/soft-skills (such as teamwork, time management etc.) as an important criteria in the employability of job seekers. Imagine you are one of the members in University of Tasmania's curriculum board. The board is discussing the introduction of a credential program where students will be offered mini units (2-5 hours) that teach them some of the soft skills required in the workplace.
