Question: For the movie theatre that was described in an earlier question, they are wanting to replace the current approach where customers have to line up in a queue to buy a ticket for one of the movies that is available. They want to replace it with a mobile-app that lets people see the times for shows, allows customers to pay for a ticket, and then to show the ticket to the door usher as they are about to enter into the theatre (to prove that they have paid).

The manager of the movie theatre has come to your consultancy to manage this change project for them, and you agree to help them. When it is time for you to perform requirements elicitation regarding the mobile app, you prepare a set of questions to ask the manager to find out more detail about his exact needs. (you already know the things mentioned earlier in this question).
