Question

The hotel is beautiful, but the reception desk is disorganised. The receptionist who checked us in was poorly dressed and his uniform was dirty. When we asked if we had executive lounge access, he looked confused and was unable to answer our question. I am afraid of heights, so we requested a room on a low floor. The receptionist confirmed that our room was on a low floor, but when he gave us the key, I could see that we were on the 30th floor! It wasn't until I got annoyed that the receptionist asked his manager to help him move us to a low floor room. It looked like the receptionist didn't understand how to use the computer system
