Whizz and Move-R-Us are both successful companies in the personal mobility devices retail sales business. Move-R-Us pursues a cost-based strategy and has fairly high employee turnover rates. The firm relies on a high volume of a wide variety of mobility devices sales to generate revenue. On the other hand, Whizz pursues a competitive advantage based on customer intimacy and has very loyal employees. Whizz sells expensive, high-quality mobility devices made in Europe and relies on its employees to provide high-quality customer service to generate sales. The sales representatives for both companies are crucial in generating revenue for the companies. As such, these people are a key factor to the firms' success.
