The business wants to extend its reach into Europe from the Middle East. Planning, scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and transportation are the five most crucial operations management elements for the business.

To keep track of its goods, the business must create inventory management system. The business decides the most efficient way to ship its goods and how to deliver them to customers on schedule. In order to prevent stock outs and make sure that its items are available when customers need them, the company must manage its inventory.

Form artificial intelligence capabilities to increase corporate business strategy's competitiveness. The business must carefully prepare its entry into Europe, as well as its manufacturing schedule, product quality checks, inventory management, and transportation strategy. Additionally, in order to increase competitiveness in the corporate business plan, it must have artificial intelligence skills.
