Propose and design a Project Plan for the implementation of AI software to enhance the chosen organization's proposals to help improve operations in Task 1. Discuss how the project plan will impact the overall strategic objectives of the organization. 

The project plan must be an active plan where the student is encouraged to make real life assumptions and not just engage the reader in theory.  The plan should define the following:

  • Project objectives
  • Organizations objectives
  • Project scope
  • Project assumptions
  • Project roles and responsibilities
  • Timeline with Gantt charts
  • Risk management with populated template
  • Stakeholder management with populated matrix
  • Project funding
  • Other areas can be discussed

BUSINESS

The business wants to extend its reach into Europe from the Middle East. Planning, scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and transportation are the five most crucial operations management elements for the business.

 To keep track of its goods, the business must create  inventory management system. The business decides the most efficient way to ship its goods and how to deliver them to customers on schedule. In order to prevent stock outs and make sure that its items are available when customers need them, the company must manage its inventory.

Form artificial intelligence capabilities to increase corporate business strategy's competitiveness. The business must carefully prepare its entry into Europe, as well as its manufacturing schedule, product quality checks, inventory management, and transportation strategy. Additionally, in order to increase competitiveness in the corporate business plan, it must have artificial intelligence skills. The company can employ the three supply chain management techniques listed below to enhance its operations.
