To improve how the U.S. Government operates and performs, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris proposed President's Management Agenda (PMA) which seeks to build "equitable, effective, and accountable Government that delivers results for all."

The Biden-Harris Management Agenda advances three core priorities:
