Food with a Heart is a social enterprise that believes no one should go hungry in society. It runs programs to donate food to the needy in the local community. As part of its corporate social responsibility, Food with a Heart has decided to recruit employees who are ex-convicts to operate its food donation programs. As a HR Manager of the social enterprise, you have been tasked by the CEO to deliver a training program for these new ex-convict employees to integrate them into the organisation.

Propose a training program to integrate these new employees. In your proposal, you must justify your recommendations and cover delivery methods, contents of the training and target trainees.
