Question: You are the Talent Manager for a mid-sized manufacturing firm. Over the past 18-months, you have been experiencing rather high turnover, including both front-line workers and supervisors. Many of the workers leaving in the past 6-8 months have been mostly voluntary terminations. Exit interview data shows that what these employees were expecting versus what they experienced are two very different things. Additionally, many have said that they could not see clear development opportunities in the future. To address this, the Executive Team has asked you to put together a proposal to strengthen the new hire experience and provide potential development opportunities after the first year of an employee's tenure. Please put together the following:

A brief overview of the current state of new-hires at the organization.
Proposal to address concerns for new hires over their first 90-days.
Proposal to address concerns over lack of development concerns past the 1-year tenure mark.
Proposed implementation timeline
Proposed measures of progress.
Expected benefits for both the employees and organization.
