In consultation with lecturer/tutor, you must develop and submit a written proposal in report format (3500 words) outlining the responsibilities, expectations and evaluation mechanisms associated with the project.

This project proposal must contain:

A description of the artefact to be developed;

Scope and rationale for the project; description of organisational context and organisational need;
Project plan, schedule and milestones including product backlog, and sprint plan if appropriate; evaluation of change management issues;

Short review of academic literature relevant to the project if appropriate;

A copy of the group charter in an appendix that should include the names, roles and contact details of all the group members in addition to details of arrangements for meetings, working, communication, leadership and accountability and other considerations.

Group marks may be adjusted into individual marks using peer assessment tool such as SPARK software.
