Below is my attempt at answering a quiz question and I am seeking feedback (my answers are in bold):

The Final Exam scores for all students enrolled in STAT 200 have a mean score of 72. One randomly selected section of STAT 200 had the following exam results:6 1, 64, 68, 70, 72, 72, 77, 84, 86, 91, 92, 96

Did students in this section score significantly better on the Final Exam? Let α = 0.05 and complete the following steps   Identity the random variable and the parameter in words.

The random variable is the scores of the exams. The parameter is the proportion of scores relative to the mean.

X= scores of exams

P=proportion of scores relative to the mean. State the null and alternative hypotheses in words AND mathematically.HM -
