A researcher is interested in determining the proportion of research papers, which receive some sort of a grant. Rather than examine the records of all the papers, the researcher randomly selects 200 research papers and finds that 118 of them are receiving a grant. Use a 90% confidence interval to estimate the true proportion of research papers that receive financial aid.
